We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Golden Brown Coffee website, so we offer a 14-day return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with any item you have purchased from us due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 14 days of shipment to request a replacement or credit note. Be sure to include your name, date of purchase, order number, which items and quantities you are returning, and the reason for return.
Please note that returns based on personal taste preferences or coffee not meeting individual flavour expectations will not be accepted.
Goods that need to be posted back can be sent to: Golden Brown Coffee Head Office, 10A Percy St Heidelberg West, Vic 3081.
Please note:
- Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
