Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Golden Brown Coffee website, so we have a 14-day return policy.

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us for a replacement or credit note within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Goods that need to be posted back can be sent to: Golden Brown Coffee Head Office, 10A Percy St Heidelberg West, Vic 3081. 

Please note: 

  • Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
