  • Main Crop (October–February): Following the long rains (April–June)
  • Light Crop (April–May): Supported by short rains (October–November)
• Altitude: Grown at an impressive 2,500 meters above sea level, enhancing flavor complexity.
• Rainfall: 1,200–1,500 mm annually, with distinct short and long rain seasons nurturing each harvest.
